Obituary:BELOVED WIFE, MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, GREAT GRANDMOTHER Shirley A. (Bradley) Ingalls, 74, of Nashua, N.H., former longtime resident of Westford and beloved wife of Chester “Chet” Ingalls died August 25th, 2009 in Nashua. She was born August 11, 1935 in New Vineyard, ME, a daughter of the late Raymond and Josephine Bradley. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Ingalls held several jobs, working at Raytheon, Caesar’s Restaurant, J & J’s Gourmet Restaurant, Nashoba Cable Company, AT&T and Comcast. She was the author of the book “The New Beginning.” Mrs.Ingalls was a communicant of St. Catherine’s Church. Besides her husband Chet, she is survived by three sons; Steven F. Ingalls and his wife June, Michael P. Ingalls and his wife Dawn, Joseph B. Ingalls and his wife Angela, all of Westford, ten grandchildren, Jeffrey, Alex, Samantha, Nicole, Andrew, Zachary, Alyssa, Lisa., Jaime, Michael, two great grandchildren, Tyler Keough and Danny Gleason, two brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Ginny Bradley and Francis and Claire Bradley, a sister-in-law June Bradley, also by many nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her sister Marion Mague, and her husband Herb, and a brother, Ray Bradley, Jr. INGALLS: At Shirley’s request, there will be no Visiting Hours. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 28th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine’s Church, 107 North Main St. Westford. Burial to follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Littleton, MA In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may make memorial contributions in her name to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., #501, Boston, MA 02210. |
