Loving Mother and Grandmother

Esther P. Donnelly, age 90, died peacefully on December 12, 2009 after a period of declining health, at the Carleton-Willard Village in Bedford, MA. Mrs. Donnelly was born in Westford. MA on November 15, 1919 to George and Katherine (Salay) Poznick. She graduated from Westford Academy, Class of 1937. She was the wife of Frederick C. Donnelly, who died in May, 1967. She worked for many years at the Abbot Worsted Company and Armour Handcrafts prior to her retirement in 1981. She was a member of the Cameron Senior Center and the Westford Council on Aging. Mrs. Donnelly enjoyed traveling and going on cruises to the Islands and enjoyed playing Bingo. She is survived by two daughters; Judith G. and her husband Paul A. Bartlewski of Southington, CT and Kathleen A. and her husband Brian G. Gendron of Westford, MA, with whom she made her home. Mrs. Donnelly had three grandsons; Paul A. Bartlewski of New York City, Brian F. Gendron and Patrick L. Gendron of Westford, MA. She was the sister of the late Fred Poznick and the late Nellie Sheridan.
