Eileen Ruth Cornell, a longtime resident of Westford, died unexpectedly due to illness on Monday, January 18. Eileen dedicated her life to her large and loving family and is survived by her devoted husband, Gary, and children, Jason, Sarah, Joshua, and Bryanne; her granddaughter Karishma; her sisters, Sheila Moore and Janet Collins; and her nieces and nephews.
Eileen most enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid lover of nature and was happiest surrounded by flowers, birds, and her pets. She liked to travel, especially to Caribbean beaches. Eileen’s lifework was caring for children, who brought her great joy. She will always be remembered for her extraordinary kindness and compassion.
