Judith (Basner) Francisco, 57, a resident of Chelmsford and former long time Westford resident died, January 18th, 2010. She was born in Fort Smith AK, a daughter of the late Willard Basner and Edith (Hartwig) Basner. She was very involved in cub scouts as a den mother with Den 1, Pack 100. She was also active in several local civic projects. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking and gardening. Mrs. Francisco was a second mother to all of Brian and Valerie's friends. She is survived by her husband, Michael Francisco of Florida, her two children, Brian Francisco and Valerie Francisco, both of Westford, MA; a brother, Ralph Basner of Palmer, Alaska; several nieces, nephews and In-laws.
