 Obituary:Veronica (Carney) Leonard, 74, died June 23rd in Westford. She was born Nov. 28, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY a daughter of the late Harry Carney and the late Ellen Carney. Prior to her retirement she worked at the Murray Printing Company in Westford. Mrs. Leonard was a fantastic cook and enjoyed watching the food network channel. She had a talent for crocheting and sewing and was also very proud that she lived in the old Graniteville Fire Station. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Eileen and Paul Surette of Nashua, NH; a son, John Leonard of Lowell, MA; also by three grand-children; Michael J. Surette, Jeffery A. Surette, and Holly L. Surette; a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Carney of Tewksbury; two sisters, Ann Booth of Westford, Ma, and Mr and Mrs. William Holmes; Also by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Mrs. Leonard will be sadly missed by all who knew her. |

| Services: There will be no visiting hours. Her graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 29th at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Catherine's Cemetery, Westford. |
