 Obituary:Florence Y. (Labbe) Duggan: 85, of Lowell, MA, formerly of Westford, MA died at her home surrounded by her loved ones on June 26, 2010. She was the wife of the late James H. Duggan and mother of the late William "Billy" Duggan. She was born in Westford, on May 3, 1925, a daughter of the late Noe and Adelaide (Dubois) Labbe. She was a communicant of St. Catherine's Church in Westford for over sixty years before moving to Lowell. She was a devote catholic, and prayed the rosary daily for her family and friends. Mrs. Duggan was an avid bingo player for many years, and had many friends at the Chelmsford and Dracut Senior Centers. She was also a long time member of the T.O.P.S group of Chelmsford. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law; Donna and Mike Gleason of North Andover, MA; a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Cheryl Duggan of Lunenburg, Ma., a daughter and son-in-law, Colleen and Dave Payne of Groton; a son, Mark Duggan of Manchester, NH; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters; Della Bechard of Westford, MA., Isabelle Donahue of Lowell, Ma. and Vivian Matthews of West Palm Beach, FL. A brother; Robert Labbe of Sanford, ME as well as many nieces and nephews. Also, a special friend and neighbor, Russell MacDonald. |

| Services: Her funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine's Church, 107 North Main Street, Westford on Wednesday, June 30th at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell, MA. |
