| Obituary: John F. "Jack" Nephew died peacefully on the morning of August 30, 2010 after a prolonged illness. Mr. Nephew was a veteran of WWII. He survived his wife of 43 years, Joan, with whom he raised seven sons in Garden City, NY. Mr. Nephew spent many years in the advertising business working in NYC for Newsweek and The Readers’ Digest. He was an avid golfer before a stroke sidelined him a decade ago. Mr. Nephew is survived by his sons Bob, Tom, Jim, Dan, John and Bill and their families. He was the proud grandfather of twelve and the great-grandfather of one. He will be greatly missed. |

| Visitations: Friends may call at J.A. Healy Sons Funeral Home on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. | |
| Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Catherine of Alexandria Church, 107 North Main Street in Westford on Friday morning at 10:00 AM. Mr. Nephew will be interred at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, Long Island, NY on Saturday August 4 with his wife Joan and son Joe. |
