 Obituary:Rose Ann Silva (Hawkes) Andreasen 73, resident of Groton, wife of Brent Andreasen and the late Robert Hawkes II, died on January 27, 2011 in Wilmington surrounded by loving family. She was born in Cambridge, daughter of the late Michael and Tilda Silva. Prior to retirement she worked in civil service for the US Air Force at Hanscom Air Force base. Following the marriage to her second husband Brent they moved to Germany where she lived for several years. While living in Germany she volunteered at the Landstuhl Military Hospital and participated in an International choir group. She enjoyed dancing which she continued throughout her life and upon return to Groton. She was President of the Groton's Women's Club. She is survived by her husband Brent Andreasen of Groton, daughters Sandra (Hawkes) McMath and her husband James McMath of Groton, Karen Hawkes of Loveland Ohio and a grandchild, Timothy McMath of Groton. Also by two sisters Anne Dewey, wife of late Lynn Dewey of Manchester, NH and Elaine Harper wife of Paul Harper from Brockton, MA. She is survived by a brother David Silva of Boston, along with step-children and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by sisters Gloria Muolo, Helen Cavallo and Loretta LaChance. Also brothers Robert Silva and Richard Silva. |

| Visitations: Friends may call at the Healy Funeral Home on Monday January 31, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. |
|
| Services: Her funeral mass will be at St Catherine of Alexandria Church in Westford on Tuesday February 1, at 10 am. Burial will follow at the Groton Cemetery. |
|
