Brian J. Brule

GROTON - Brian J. Brule, age 52, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer.He was born in Lowell on June 3, 1963, a son of Anne B. (Kane) Brule of Groton who survives him and the late Maurice J. Brule. He was a lifelong resident of Groton and graduated from Groton-Dunstable Regional High School.Brian was formerly employed as a carpenter with Howell Custom Building Group and worked in the construction industry in the Westford area for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling and bonfires. Above all, he loved nothing more than being with his family and friends.Besides his mother, Anne, he is survived by his girlfriend, Beth Kelley and her daughters Meghan Kelley and Sarah Kelley of Groton; a brother, Joseph Brule of Groton; a sister, Annmarie Upperman and her husband, Bob of Westford; a niece, Samantha Upperman of Westford; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.ARRANGEMENTS - Relatives and friends may call at the J. A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 N. Main St., WESTFORD, on Wednesday, May 25, from 4 until 7pm. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
