Harold J. Tenhuisen

Harold J Tenhuisen, Sr., 89, of Wilmington died June 28, 2011 in Reading. He was the beloved husband of the late Annie (Worobey) Tenhuisen. He was born in Clymer, NY, a son of the late Walter Tenhuisen and Edith (Damcott) Tenhuisen. A long time resident of Wilmington and formerly of Westford. He was a graduate of Bentley College with the class of 1950 with a degree in Accounting. He then served with the U.S. Army for a brief time stationed at Fort Devens. Prior to his retirement in 1983 Mr. Tenhuisen was employed by the former accounting firm of Minot-Deblois-Madison, Inc. in Boston. He was a member of the American Philatelic Society. Mr. Tenhuisen is survived by a daughter, Myra Tenhuisen of Wilmington, Ma., he was also the father of the late Harold J. Tenhuisen.brThere will be no visiting hours. Harold's graveside service will take place in the Russian Brotherhood Cemetery, Patten Road, Westford on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.Friends who wish may make memorial contributions in Harold's name to the Charity of one's choice.
