Jeanne G. Cossette

HUDSON, NH - Jeanne G. (Wiggins) Cossette, age 93, a resident of Hudson, NH and former resident of Westford died Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the Bedford Hills Center in Bedford, NH. 

She was born in Chelmsford, MA on May 17, 1931, and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Edna (Groves) Wiggins. She received her education in Chelmsford schools. 

 Prior to her retirement, Jeanne was employed for many years by Sprague Electric. 

 She loved sports especially, the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. Her greatest joy however, was spending time in the company of her loving family, especially her adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Jeanne is survived by her five sons, Paul Cossette and his wife Margaret of Ashville, SC, Thomas Cossette and his wife ThermaJean of Culpepper, VA, David Cossette and his wife Denise of Louden, NH, Timothy Cossette and his wife Rachel of Londonderry, NH and James Cossette of Hudson, NH; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; a brother, Michael Wiggins of CA; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was also the sister of the late Thomas Wiggins, Richard Wiggins and Donald Wiggins. 

It being Jeanne’s wish, there will be no visitation and services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeanne’s memory to the Southern New Hampshire Rescue Mission, 40 Chestnut St., Nashua, NH 03060.
