WESTFORD: Nancy W. (Wainwright) Coleman, age 79, a resident of Westford since 1964, died peacefully on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, surrounded by her family at Fairhaven Healthcare in Lowell following a long illness.
She was born April 7, 1936 and raised in Chelmsford, daughter of the late Albert & Jean (Bergsten) Wainwright.
She retired from Chelmsford Auto School as an instructor. Previously she worked in the electronics industry for many years, and for Marinel Transportation. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, painting, and adored her granddaughters.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Bruce & Carol Coleman, and David Coleman, all of Westford; and two granddaughters, Kristin Sinclair and her husband Kurt, and Stacy Coleman and her fiance Christopher Carpenter. She was also mother of the late John Coleman, and sister of the late Albert V. Wainwright, Jr..
ARRANGEMENTS.Relatives & Friends will be received at the J.A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 North Main St., Westford, MA on Saturday April 25 from 9:00 until 10:30 AM. A prayer service will take place in the funeral home at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Edson Cemetery, Lowell.
