Norman I. Lipsitz

Norman I. Lipsitz, of Westford, passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 78. Norman married Kathleen (Valenti) Lipsitz of Barrington, RI, on April 23, 1977. The two shared 44 wonderful years of marriage, until her passing in 2021.

He was born on September 12, 1947 and was the son of the late Charlotte (Brody) and Louis Lipsitz.

Norman earned an associate’s degree in engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He worked in the field of surveying and project management for over four decades. His career included leadership roles at several prominent firms, including Bryant Associates (1980-1995) and Allen & Major Associates (2016–2025), as a Survey Department Manager.

A lifelong New Englander, Norman had a deep passion for Boston sports—always cheering on the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins—and rarely missed a James Bond film.

He is survived by his son, Bryan Lipsitz of Westford; his sister, Diane Titelbaum of Billerica: as well as many nieces and nephews.

Per his wishes, no services or memorial will be held.
