WESTFORD -- Paul J. Biciunas, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Lowell General Hospital. For 20 years, he was the beloved husband of Joan E. (Kent) Biciunas.
Paul was born in Chicago, IL on June 30, 1950, a son of the late Pranas and Julia Ona (Darckus) Biciunas. He attended St. Anthony High School in Kennebunkport ME and graduated from University of Illinois Chicago Circle with a degree in Computer Science. He has resided in Westford for the past seventeen years. Paul was employed as an information security consultant with Public Consulting Group Inc. in Boston.
Paul had a zest for life and a great sense of humor. He was an excellent cook who loved entertaining for his family and friends. He was an avid fan of the Boston Bruins and also loved music. He studied and played the flute, and he appreciated and enjoyed all genres of music, though truth be told, he wasn't crazy about country.
Besides his wife, Joan, he leaves his three sons, Nicholas Kent, Kevin Paul and Eric Michael Biciunas, all of Westford; his brothers and sisters, Alvydas Biciunas and his wife, Lee of Granville, OH, Grazina Santoski of Chicago IL, Remigijus Biciunas and his wife, Vincute of Bellingham, WA, Peter Biciunas and his wife, Margaret of Norwell, MA, Dalia Biciunas of Guatemala, Kestutis Biciunas and his wife, Bonnie of Durham, NC, and Giedre Biciunas of Taos, NM; a grandson, Parker Thomas Flaherty-Dawson; also many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins
Relatives and friends may call at the J. A. HEALY SONS FUNERAL HOME, 57 N. Main Street, WESTFORD, on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 4 until 8pm. Interment will be private.
