Cherished Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister & Friend

Rita Jean Carducci, 92, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis N. “Nick” Carducci, until his passing in 2018.

Born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, Rita devoted her life to caring for her husband, Nick and their children. She loved God and showed her love through her work on the flower committee at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, teaching religion to children and cooking for Hope.

Preceded in death by her husband, Rita has been livingly cared for by her daughter, Nancy Johnston. She is survived by her five children, Livie Carducci (John Salmento), Nancy Johnston, Teresa Nance (Tony), Liz Sposato (Joe) and Jim Carducci (Donna), her twelve grandchildren and her nine great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to Rita’s visitation on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 6 until 8 PM at the WESTFORD HEALY FUNERAL HOME, 57 N Main Street, Westford. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, at 9 AM at Blessed Trinity Parish - St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, Westford. Burial will take place at a later date in St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Bradford, PA.
