Roger Rouleau, 75, of Westford, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness on Monday, April 27, 2026.
Roger was born on February 25, 1951, to Roger and Helen (Brady) Rouleau. He was raised in Westford and graduated from Westford Academy in 1969. Shortly after, he proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving his country from 1970-1972 as a Vietnam Veteran.
Following his military service, Roger earned his crane operating license, a career he dedicated himself to for many years.
Roger had a deep love for life and the people in it. The first thing many noticed about Roger was his bright blue eyes and his kind, welcoming demeanor. He especially cherished time with his family. He enjoyed sports, fishing, dancing, playing pool, yard sales, flea markets, antiquing, wooden carving, and spending time in nature. He was also an artist, had a playful sense of humor, and was well known for his silly “dad jokes” that brought joy to those around him.
Above all, Roger’s faith was the foundation of his life. He had a deep love and devotion to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and he never missed an opportunity to share his faith with others. He found great purpose in telling people about Jesus and His sacrifice on the cross.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Anne L. (Perrault) Rouleau; his children, Michelle, Keri, Melissa, and Brandon; and his ten cherished grandchildren: Kristina, Alex, Ayden, Savannah, Justin, PJ, Brady, Ashton, Jacob, and Summer. He is also survived by his sisters, Nancy Kovalchek and Cheryl Barry.
He was predeceased by his sister, Jackie Larson, his sister Kathy Carson, and his brother, Stephen “Steve” Rouleau.
Relatives and friends are invited to Roger’s Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10 AM until 12 PM at the WESTFORD HEALY FUNERAL HOME, 57 N Main Street, Westford. His funeral service will be celebrated immediately following in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Saint Catherine Cemetery, Westford.
