Rosemary Perkins

Rosemary Perkins, 87, of Westford, MA passed away peacefully on June 19, 2012 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, Haverhill, MA. She was the widow of Frank J. Perkins. Rosemary was born on January 30, 1925 in Boston, MA and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rosilda (Robert) Scarbo. She was a long time resident of Westford and a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and cherished her family and her friends. She was an avid crossword puzzler and also enjoyed reading, traveling and activities at the Senior Center. She is survived by her two daughters, Regina Vibert and her husband Kevin of Westford, MA; Theresa Connell and her husband Allan of Southold, NY; a brother, Fred "Buddy" Scarbo of Derry, NH; 4 grandchildren, Kevin Vibert, Patrick Vibert, Allyson Greene and her husband Michael and Christopher Connell and his wife Sara and 3 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by siblings, Joseph Scarbo, Loretta Kent, Helen Follen, Alona Paolucci, Gertrude Mellano and Pricilla Ferloi.Friends are invited to call on Friday, June 22, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the J.A. Healy Sons Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Catherine's of Alexandria Church in Westford.
