Sandra Jewett-Ensor

Cherished mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Sandra Jewett-Ensor, 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Dennis E. Jewett (married 1965–1980) and George F. Ensor (married 1981 until his passing in 2019).

Born in Harrogate, Yorkshire, England, to William and Dorothy Marlow, Sandra grew up in Harrogate, completed her schooling, and met her first husband, Dennis E. Jewett of Westford, Massachusetts. She immigrated to the United States and proudly became a citizen in 1980.

Sandra and Dennis are survived by their daughters, Kimberly Jewett and her husband, Edward Donovan, and Amy (Jewett) Brady and her husband, Paul Brady; and her grandchildren, Aidan and Regan Brady.

Throughout her life, Sandra maintained a deep and abiding faith in Christ and the Episcopal Church and treasured her time with family and friends. She enjoyed singing with the Westford Chorus, attending Bible study, spending time with her dogs, sitting in the garden, and enjoying anything sweet. She had a rare gift for making everyone feel welcome and lived her life with kindness, grace, and quiet goodness. She will truly be missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, George. In recent years, she was lovingly cared for by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Paul Brady.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, David and Angie Marlow of Sicklinghall, England, and their children, Christopher Marlow, Louise Stennet, and Katherine Smith. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, David and Carole Jewett, and her nieces and nephews of Westford, Massachusetts: Debi, Don, Davey, and Joseph Siriani; Matthew and Lisa Jewett; and Daniel Jewett.

Relatives and friends are invited to Sandra’s funeral service on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11 AM at ST. MARK’S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 75 Cold Spring Road, Westford. A luncheon will immediately follow in the church’s hall that all are invited to attend.
