WESTFORD - Terry Lee (Drew) Hughes of Westford, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at her home in Westford after a long illness.
She was bornin Ann Arbor, Michigan, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Verna (Woodworth) Zaher. Terry moved to Westford at a young agewhere she residedthroughout her life.
Prior to her illness, she was employed as a floor scheduler at Cains Foods in Ayer for several years. She had previously worked in accounting at P.R.T.M. in Newton and Arkwright in Waltham for many years.
Terry enjoyed gardening and working in her backyard. She also enjoyed cooking, taking trips to theCaribbean,her dogs and cats, and spending time with her family and friends, especially during the Christmas holiday season.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Scott Marston of Billerica; two sons, Sean Hughes of Westford and Michael Hughes and his life partner, Monica Adams, both of Kittery, ME; a brother, Donald Drew and his wife, Donna of Westford;a dear niece, Debbie Barden and her husband, Mike, of Groton;also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS - At her request, funeral services will be held privately and a Celebration of Life willtake place at a later date.Those who wish may make contributions in her memory to the MSPCAat Nevins Farm at www.mspca.org/animal_care/ways-to-help-nevins-farm.
