WESTFORD - Mr. William Ewers, 74, passed away Saturday October 10th at Emerson Hospital.
Bill was born April 12, 1941 in Husum, Germany a son of the late Otto and Gisela (Gaemsjaeger) Ewers. Loving husband to the late Paula (Giere) Ewers who passed in 2012.
Bill served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as an electrical engineer at Ma-Com in Lowell for over twenty years.
He was a devoted family man who loved animals and playing golf.
He is survived by two sons, Bill Ewers and his wife Jenny of Florence, MA, Michael Ewers and his wife Janet of Chico, CA; a daughter, Erika Ewers of Westford; a brother, John "Otto" Ewers and his wife Marianne of Germany, a sister, Renate Kreis and her husband Hans-Joachim of Germany, two grandchildren, Liam and Fletcher, and nieces and nephews.
EWERS- Relatives and friends will be received at theJ.A. HEALY FUNERAL HOME,57 N. Main St Westford on Tuesday October 12th from 9:00amto11:00am. Burial will be private.
