Meet our staff, members of the local community who make everything that happens possible.

 Ronald A. D’Amato

Ronald A. D’Amato

Ron is a 1984 graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. He joined the staff of Healy Funeral Home in August 2018.


Ron’s involvement in the community includes a membership, in the Society of Catholic Laymen, the D’Youville Manor Men’s Guild, a member and past president of St. Vincent de Paul Society-St. Francis Conference in Dracut, and currently serves as a trustee for Washington Savings Bank.


Ron is married to Danielle (Caraviello), has three daughters, Sawyer, Quinn, and Emerson, and enjoys coaching soccer in his spare time.

M. Richard “Scott” Laurin

M. Richard “Scott” Laurin

Scott is a 1995 graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. He is a third-generation funeral director and has been a director at the Healy Funeral Home since 2011. His involvement in the community includes being a member of the D’Youville Men's Guild, and the Franco American Club, Westford


He is married to Darlene ( Bellemare) Laurin and they have three daughters, Nicole, Amanda and Cassie.

James W. McKenna

James W. McKenna

Jay is a 1983 graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. He is a fourth-generation funeral director and joined the staff at Healy Funeral Home in August of 2018. Jay’s memberships in community organizations include the Knights of Columbus Council 4225, Society of Catholic Laymen, D’Youville Manor Men’s Guild, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and the member and past president of St. Vincent de Paul-St. Michael Conference in Lowell. Jay is married to Marianne (Hoare), and they have three children, J. Walter, Ellen, and Patrick.
